During the research project, you need to consider issues concerning secure data storage, backup, and transfers. The following questions need to be considered during this stage:
- Where will your data be stored and backed up?
- If there are other research members, how to ensure safe data transfers among the research partners?
- Who will be responsible for access control? What rights are granted to whom?
- How to ensure that data security and access control are in line with the level of sensitivity and confidentiality involved?
